good place to end a nice stroll on the beach with a tasty helping of fish & chips. I find it a bit expensive for what it is and there could be a little more seating. It's self-service, by the way. Personally, it doesn't bother me now, but it may be important for one or the other to know.

Once you've got a table, the worst is over, food and drinks are on large tables. Ordering and picking up the food from the ladies at the counter is just self-service, but it doesn't really matter. Everything we have eaten there so far has always tasted very tasty, the house wine is recommended as white wine, delicious

Today we treated ourselves to currywurst and fries there, so for 10 euros I expected a little more. The "curry sauce" tasted like a Bolognese. 5 cut pieces of sausage. A flop in taste Black-haired service (Polish?) Very unfriendly. Better go somewhere else!

No service, spaghetti for 14 EUR. All pretty expensive and rather average!

The Location Is fine but the food is not at all what you should be able to expect as the quality is dreadful and their customers area is dirty and unkept with most if not all the tables dirty. we will not go there again.

Self-service restaurant (local family business with several branches on Usedom). Top location on the Bansin beach promenade. The restaurant is simply furnished in a rustic style, but the outside area is very nice and everything is very well maintained. The food was very tasty and, above all, the price-performance ratio of the large Kaiser Wilhelm platter with smoked fish (eel, salmon, tuna) and potato pancakes, three kinds of sauces and coleslaw and red cabbage was excellent. There is also a good selection of drinks. The staff was very friendly.

I was in the restaurant with my mother on 8/28/2020. You stand in front of the menu written above the kitchen and you have to decide quickly. I had 2 matjes for 12 euros, they were ok, but expensive. My mother had 2 pancakes with a little cheap salmon which, in my opinion, came out of the package for 8.50 euros. I would choose a real place.

Very tasty fish dishes! Nice service, even home brewed beer! The only but huge drawback: Unfortunately not handicapped friendly at all !!!! No stepless access and not even Toilets on one level.

The food and price / performance ratio are still good to very good. The service can be greatly improved. Especially in times of corona, a word or two about how to behave would be helpful. Instead, there is consistently silence ...

That you could not use the toilet 'Corona Conditional', although I am slowly of the opinion that poor service is operated under this pretext. The service and the wait staff left a lot to be desired, we are actually not used to that here. The quality of the fish has also been better, or should that only be due to the staff. So dear owner, I would talk to the staff why there is so much dissatisfaction here, if that doesn't help, maybe hire something new, because in the long run that's not beneficial. When I look at the applications, that's not just our opinion.

The fish rolls totally soggy. Therefore inedible. The fish was good however. A complaint was very unfriendly. Never again. There is better competition.

The food is delicious and the portions are large. The staff is friendly and will find alternatives if a product (in this case a drink) is out of stock. The prices are more than fair for the size of the portions. Self-service is uncomplicated and food is prepared quickly. After a short waiting time, you can get a seat even at peak times. Due to the Corona, some places are blocked. Thank you :-)

Always great fish and seafood, and a smile from the staff. The plates and portions are huge, so you won't go home hungry. Try any of the fish, they are all delicious and fresh.

We liked it very much here. The fish was freshly prepared from the bar and the dill sauce was a dream. In addition, the portions were very large for the price. It's a self-service store, but you can wait for your food and get a beeper.

We stayed at this hotel. The room was clean, only drawback, the shower is at ground level and there is only a shower curtain, so the bathroom was always under water. Breakfast was great, there was everything you could wish for!

Self-service has scared us in the first moment, but I'm very happy that we stayed. Asparagus soup, shrimp ..... megaaaa legga 😋 And the roasted cod, fresh from the display .... I can only recommend 👌
